Manufactured from multiple tight-wound thermoplastic films and tubes that create a barrier to permeation. Specialized manufacturing process techniques assures the proper gauge and pitch of the inner and outer wires to ensure conformity and consistency every time.

All U.S.Hose (formerly Senior Flexonics) Willcox HoseŽ composite hoses are built with many layers of seamless tubes and reinforcing fabrics that prevents permeation by both polar fluids (like methanol) and non-polar liquids (like gasoline).

The result is a composite hose with structural and cover layers that do not deteriorate due to chemical attack; that maintains maximum strength, flexibility and durability and that is compatible with the widest range of chemicals.

Typically, most hose assemblies have full end-to-end electrical continuity with less than 10ohms resistance that is achieved by bonding both the inner and outer wires to the metallic end fittings.

The result is a composite hose that prevents sparking and arc-over hazards and meets the electrical properties requirement of industrial applications.

Each U.S.Hose (formerly Senior Flexonics) Willcox HoseŽ end fittings are specifically designed and manufactured to produce a perfect engagement with the hose. The ferrule and tailpiece are permanently attached by the external swaging or crimping process.

Willcox HoseŽ RackmasterŽ Bottom Loading Hose Type 1061 is specifically designed for today's gasoline and diesel formulas.

Our RackmasterŽ Bottom Loading Hose is available as a factory assembled with fixed or floating TTMA flanges in 4" diameter as standard and built to custom lengths as required.

Please note: Due to the precise lengths required in this application, we require to know whether the measured length of the assembly is under pressure or not. This ensures correct calculation of the manufactured length and therefore what the under pressure length should be.

All factory fitted assemblies are hydrostatically tested to 1-1/2 times MWP.

Willcox HoseŽVapor Recovery hose Type 1321 hose is specifically designed as the standard tank truck vapor recovery hose where lightweight and flexibility is required.

Type 1321 vapor recovery hoses are suitable for gasoline, diesel and lubricatings oils.

Factory fitted assemblies are available with threaded end connections, API vapor couplers or cam and groove connections.

All factory fitted assemblies are tested to one-and-a-half times maximum working pressure.
